RETURN POLICY

How to request a refund of course you signed up for:

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased thru Responsible Vendor Training Massachusetts can be refunded at any time from signing up (and paying) for course up to half-way through your course . For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund by emailing info@rvtma.com.

  • All course fees include a nonrefundable 15% transaction fee to cover processing costs. Upon requesting a refund you will only get 85% of your payment back
  • Most refunds are returned via the original payment method
  • Refund requests cannot be submitted after you are past the middle of course
  • Refund requests cannot be submitted after course completion 
  • Refund requests cannot be submitted after course certificate has been provided to you
  • Certificates of completion of course will not be provided if you request a refund
